Food service monitoring

Make Food Safety First for Your Customers

Your food keeps customers coming back. But if you suffer from cold storage inventory loss or your kitchen staff’s line checks, manual logging, and compliance reporting fail, how fast could you reopen?

Checking food storage, cooking, and serving temperatures to protect your customers and achieve regulatory compliance has never been easier. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Modernization Act (FMA) requirements can be challenging. Fast-track FMA compliance with our award-winning, cost-effective sensors for remote food service temperature logging.

Effortlessly monitor temperature and automatically create Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) compliant temperature data logging and data storage. Facilitating Electronic Record and Electronic Signature (ERES) compliance, our wireless temperature monitoring sensors meet  21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 11B requirements.

Effortlessly Automate Temperature Checks

Get real-time alerts for any threats— temps rising, doors left open, or abnormal motor activity—and take immediate corrective action. Quickly send temp, humidity, and other vital condition monitoring data to the cloud for easy access and retrieval. Reduce inventory loss in storage areas with walk-in coolers and freezers by eliminating manual temperature checks and data logging. Know your cold and dry storage inventory is safe from struggling equipment and human error with our Wireless Sensors’ temperature, environmental conditions, and cold chain monitoring.

What we provide

Recommended Sensors:

The staple for monitoring food safety, our Standard Wireless Temperature Sensor has an operating range of -40°C to +125°C (-40°F to +257°F). These Temperature Sensors, housed in various form factors, provide an enterprise-wide monitoring solution for valuable insights from the cold chain’s origin to long-term freezer storage temperatures. Options include an industry-leading and up to 100’ lead length.

An unexpected increase in power draw may mean that your equipment needs service. Remotely monitoring walk-in freezers and coolers can maintain safety by keeping food temperatures within a safe range. Stay in the know and take corrective actions to fix it before failure with an AC Current Meter. These sensors are available in 20, 150, and 500 Amp to help you remotely monitor your food and restaurant equipment manufacturing.

Water Detection Sensors are a cost-effective solution to make slips and falls, damaged inventory, and downtime a thing of the past. With four types of detection and various form factors to choose from, use these sensors to detect the non-presence of water in food monitoring operations.

Monitor motion while you’re away from the production line or restaurant. Using passive infrared technology, Our Motion and Occupancy Sensors safeguard inventory, optimize seating arrangements, and augment security. Ensure restricted areas in your facilities are safe and secure with easy-to-use remote restaurant chain monitoring.

Was the walk-in freezer door left open? Window ajar? Always know of your doors and windows open/close status to maintain required food production and storage temperatures. These Open-Closed Sensors are also helpful for restricted area monitoring. Combined with temperature data monitoring, the sensors can help you monitor access patterns and prevent food from spoiling.

Ditch the clipboard and manual temperature checks with the Wireless Food Probe Sensor. These sensors are excellent and automatic data loggers with an external probe made for food production lines and restaurant food temperature monitoring. Stay FDA-compliant with remote data collection. You can display and automatically store the food’s temperature for compliance and analysis at the press of a button. Designed with commercial kitchens in mind, the Food Probe Sensor is housed in an IP67-rated case with seamless push-buttons to facilitate sanitation and food safety.

Make sure your valuable inventory stays ice cold with our Low-Temperature Sensor. Benefits include round-the-clock temperature monitoring and logging, plus instant alerts if temperatures exceed your preset thresholds. The sensors can measure food temperature ranges from -200°C to +162°C (-328°F to +325°F), so they’re ideal for monitoring ultralow freezer temperatures throughout your cold chain.

Our Thermocouple Sensors can monitor temperatures up to 400°C (752°F). Perfect for use in remotely monitoring factory and restaurant commercial ovens and exhaust hood temperatures. Our Wireless Thermocouples include a standard fixed external probe or K-type quick-connect needle probe for high-temperature remote monitoring applications.

Our Digital Temperature Sensor has a range of -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C) to support cold storage. At the push of a button on its LCD display, you can know the storage temperature in your freezers and refrigerators. If you’re working remotely, you can be alerted via text, email, or phone call if food storage temperature moves outside of preset parameters. You can also automate HACCP temperature monitoring systems and data logging.
