If the network is not listed, to simplify the process, based your selection of the cellular technology that your device operates on, we know which network(s), offers that technology in the country with the best coverage. We don't prorate data or charges. To utilize the full month cycle, we recommend to activate the SIM card(s) on the 1st day of the month. Otherwise, you will be billed/charged for the full month if you start the activation after the 1st of the month.

Capped data means if you fully consume the data allotment before the billing cycle ends, the data will be turned off.

Auto-renew is only available with the monthly billing subscription. It means, if data is fully consumed before the billing cycle ends, an additional data package will be added to the SIM and the cost of that additional package will be invoiced to the client on the next bill.

No, unused data for a specific month, does not carryover to the following month.

If your overage setup is capped data and you have used all you data before the month ends, the package will auto-renew on the 1st of the upcoming month.

Yes, you can recharge/replenish your SIM card if you consumed the data before the date of the next data allotment (the 1st of the month). Just come back to our website or the SIM management portal, to buy data only. You will need to know the ICCID number of the SIM card(s) you want to replenish.

No, you don't have to buy a new SIM cards. you can just purchase new subscription using the same SIM cards you have. P.S. SIM cards have a life span or 10 years if used according the manufacturer recommended operating characteristics. 

Yes, if your subscription ended, you can switch to monthly billing. Clients on monthly billing can switch to prepaid subscription at any time.

Monthly billing subscriptions: If you start at low tier then over time, your total activations increased to fall in a lower pricing tier, you will qualify for rate reduction.

Prepaid subscriptions: no refund or credit will be issued if tier changes up or down. But, the new purchases will be at the lower rate if the new quantity to be purchased plus your existing activation totaled puts you a new lower rate tier pricing.

You are correct only if you are on a monthly billing subscription. If you start at high tier then over time, your total activations decreases to fall in a higher pricing tier, the rate will be adjusted.
