No, there is no activation fee.
No, there is no contract. This is a month to month service. You can cancel any time from "My Account"
No, there is no termination fee. You can terminate a SIM at any time as this is a month to month service.
All termination requests will be future dated to the last day of the billing cycle to avoid overage charges that could result from the proration of data.
We you temporarily suspend a SIM card without billing, the following monthly fees will still apply.
$0.40/SIM/month for data plans btw 0 - 50 MB.
$0.99/SIM/month for data plans above 50 MB.
$3.00/SIM/month for failover internet plans.
IoT SIM card when terminated, it cannot be reactivated. So, If you want to stop the data on a SIM card temporarily for any reason while this card is being deployed in the field, it is wiser and more cost effective to suspend the SIM card for a small fee and reconnect again when needed rather than having to purchase and ship a new card to the same device.
Capped means to limit the data on a SIM card. If the data limit per SIM is reached before the billing cycle ends, the data will be turned off.
Auto-renews means if the data limit is reached before the billing cycle ends, the monthly subscription will auto-renew for another "data per SIM" amount and same monthly rate.
For example: you subscribed for 1 GB per SIM at $12/month with auto-renew option. tHalfway through the month, you used all of the 1 GB. The plan will then renew for another 1 GB for $12 and you will be billed a total of $24 for that month (12 + 12).
Yes, auto-pay is required in order to maintain our competitive pricing. Alternative payment options for businesses such as check may be discussed. International clients must pay via wire transfer for large deployment orders. If you would like to discuss an alternative payment method, please contact us.

Shared data, also known as "Pooled data". Which allows sharing the total amount of data purchased on a single order between all the SIM cards on that order.
Shared data amount is calculated as following:
(Data per SIM X Number of SIM cards on a purchased on an order)
Ex. 1GB x 100 SIM cards = 100 GB shared data between 100 SIM cards.
